I started in the scooter sales, service and parts business in 2005. A side line to an existing profitable family run auto repair business that I had set up since 1983. Originally, It was an excuse for me to ride scooters, which I have had a passion for since my teenage years. Actually, I had treated it like hobby and still do though somehow it evolved into a full time business while the cars gradually disappeared from my shop. Maybe that is why it has been successful. It’s not a workplace. For me, It’s a Fun-place!
I have dealt with many scooter distributors in the last 12 years, good and bad. One day, I heard about Wolf Brand Scooters, and since they were just across the bridge from me, I decided to pay them a visit and check out their product and operation. What I found was a small family run business with a great product line. Justin and Dianna impressed me from the get-go. Young and Smart with a go-get-um attitude and eager to please their potential customer, me.
I still buy from other suppliers cause in this business you need to have variety in your showroom to give your customer that kid-in-a-candy store feeling. But my favorite product line is Wolf. A friendly relationship, very well stocked spare parts inventory, a “no-bull” warranty policy, excellent technical support and a smile on my face every time I do business with them is the reason my preferred scooter and parts distributor is Wolf Brand Scooters.
